Returns and Exchanges

At Holt Heritage, we take great pride in the quality of our grains.

 

~Shipped Orders~

Because shipping for our products is so costly, we do not accept returns or exchanges via shipping. 

~Damaged or Defective Items~
If your bucket arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@holtheritage.com with photo proof of the issue. We will issue a full or partial refund, or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.

~Pick-up Orders~
For pick-up customers, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are returned directly to our farm in their original condition. There is no restocking fee.
