This heritage hard red winter wheat was grown widely across the high plains in the early 1900's. It is a great general purpose grain.Our 5 gallon food grade bucket contains 35lbs of unmilled berries and an oxygen absorber.
We clean our grain thoroughly to deliver a high-quality product. However, because this is a natural agricultural harvest, minor traces of foreign material may occasionally remain.
