Organic Turkey Wheat

This heritage hard red winter wheat was grown widely across the high plains in the early 1900's. Our 5 gallon food grade bucket contains 35lbs of unmilled berries and an oxygen absorber.
 
While we pride ourselves on providing a clean product, we do not guarantee grain to be 100% free of foreign material.
