We clean our grain thoroughly to deliver a high-quality product. However, because this is a natural agricultural harvest, minor traces of foreign material may occasionally remain.

We love this grain! Makes such a hearty delicious sourdough loaf that my whole family loves. Holt heritage gives the value cost-wise for a 5 gallon bucket and the grains are in pristine condition (I rarely have to sift through them before I mill)! Will keep buying!
