Einkorn is the oldest wheat. As such, it proves more digestible for some who struggle to tolerate modern glutens. This 5 gallon food grade bucket contains 35lbs of whole, unmilled einkorn berries and an oxygen absorber.
We clean our grain thoroughly to deliver a high-quality product. However, because this is a natural agricultural harvest, minor traces of foreign material may occasionally remain.

I highly recommend Holt Heritage grains!! I have used spelt, barley, and einkorn, and they are all great. The grains are so clean and great quality. I have gotten whole grains from Azure Standard and I have had to sort through it before grinding it. Not with these. What is pictured on the website is what you get.
Pictured is sourdough whole grain einkorn bread I made today. So delicious!
