Organic Barley

Widely consumed as bread in ancient times, barley is making a comeback for its nutrition and flavor. Our 5 gallon food grade bucket contains 35lbs of whole, unmilled barley berries and an oxygen absorber. These grains are not pearled; the whole grain is intact.
 
This particular year's crop received considerable rain at harvest, slightly staining these berries. They still perform well in bakes.
 
We clean our grain thoroughly to deliver a high-quality product. However, because this is a natural agricultural harvest, minor traces of foreign material may occasionally remain.
